Bishop Boardman Senior Apartments

Brooklyn, NY
Property wide site and landscape improvements, including the entrance drive and community open space were part of a capital rehabilitation program to this 200 unit senior apartment complex built in 1980. Now inhabited by a culturally diverse population of seniors, the original bocce courts have long given way to vegetable gardens and Tai Chi is practiced daily on the east terrace. 36 garden plots are now available and residents tend to them from March through November.
