Located in the Restaurant’s rear yard directly beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, this three season 2000 sf split level outdoor dining space is defined by a lushly planted linear container that is part of a larger decked garden oasis. The lush canopy of Paper Birch and vertical Bamboo screening along the perimeter are effective in creating an intimate space in an otherwise exposed location. The seasonal plantings of Cannas, Potato Vine, Coleus and Fuschia were selected for their ability to thrive in part shade, distinctive foliage, flower, texture and rapid growth rate. Set against the bark of the paper birch they offer a striking composition at table side.
