Elevated from street level, this 3,630 sf lot with 1300 sf detached townhouse commands magnificent views of the Manhattan skyline to the East. Open space areas include the west entrance terraced bed filled with cascading evergreens, flowering shrubs, perennials, grasses and weeping Cedar to frame the street level entrance. A narrow path leads from the street entrance stair to the rear yard. Here the foundation bed is a mix of broadleaf evergreen shrubs and groundcover with pockets of woodland perennials that offer three seasons of fragrance and color.
