This 1/2-acre property master plan includes a new 2 car garage, 2200 sf recreation lawn with shade tolerant buffer of mixed evergreens and deciduous trees, shrubs and perennials on three sides. The 1,000 sf entertainment bluestone terrace abuts the West side of the house with a continous seat wall, outdoor shower and dining area for 12. The casual seating area with vine-covered cedar arbor offers partial shade to the terrace and a built-in grill for year round use is just steps from the kitchen. Other improvements include a resurfaced driveway, refuse storage shed and expanded side entrance steps.
