We worked closely with the Owner and Builder to develop this one acre property located less than a mile from the Long Island Sound. The site and landscape were designed to complement the new Tudor style home and pool house and included a 750 sf in-ground pool, entertainment terrace, walkways and open lawn areas. Generous and well-placed tree, shrub and perennial borders ensure color and seasonal interest throughout the year. To meet State guidelines, extensive wetland plantings were required to mitigate the site development.
