As part of the building and parking garage roof upgrades, site and landscape amenities were replaced at three (3) apartment entrance courtyards at this 1950’s era 10 acre complex located on the Long Island Sound. Design and installation of accessible ramps and steps to the apartment building entrances off the courtyard were key features of the renovation. Landscaping, lighting, site furnishings and passive seating areas were incorporated in each of the courtyard designs. Upgrades to parking areas, roadways, sidewalks, signage, building interior entrances and common areas were also included in the property improvements.
