As part of the building and parking garage roof upgrades, site and landscape amenities were replaced at six (6) apartment entrance courtyards at this 20 acre complex located on the Atlantic Ocean. Design and installation of accessible ramps and steps to the courtyards were key features of the renovation. In addition, each courtyard included an enclosed open space area for tenant’s use. Each had new site amenities such as play or water spray equipment, fountains, landscaping and furnishings. Upgrades to the complex’s sidewalks, roadways and parking areas were completed in tandem with the building and courtyard modernizations.
