We completed the property masterplan in 2008 for this growing family of five. With the initial construction scope including the tear down of the original garage, to make room for the new 2 car garage, expanded driveway, generous recreation lawn, and rear yard entertainment terrace. Which features, outdoor shower and dining area with built-in grill, for year-round use and just steps away from the kitchen. Since then, we’ve returned periodically to assist with implementing the master plan’s site and landscape improvements. The most recent was new terrace furnishings, including cushioned sectional lounge, classic teak dining set and landscape plantings.
