Set back and elevated from street level, the building’s main entrance landing offers residents, a quiet shaded nook with benches and a good vantage of Crotona Park, just across the street.

The rear yard community open space with direct southern exposure, looped walking path and mixed seating, accommodates individuals and groups throughout three seasons. The ornamental plant palette offers year-round interest with peak bloom times from late Spring through Summer. The west garden area with symmetrical raised and at grade plant beds offer residents of all abilities, the opportunity to garden with assistance from the in-house gardening programming.
